My product has failed and is covered by the first year’s warranty, what do I do?

Please contact your supplying dealer who will be able to repair your unit, as per our normal warranty terms and conditions. Alternatively, you can forward the product to one of our Repair Agents. For a list of Service Agents.

Important Note:- For any under warranty repairs you will be required to supply your supplying dealer or our Repair Agents with a copy of your sales receipt, as per our normal warranty terms and conditions.
