My product has failed and is covered by the first year’s warranty, what do I do?
Concerning product not purchased from one of the * Catalogue Companies, or Stores which are detailed in full towards the end of this section.
You can contact your supplying Dealer who can arrange for the product to be repaired under the warranty or you can contact your local Service Agent. (For details of Car Electronics Service Agents.)
Alternatively, you can contact one of our main Service Agents detailed below who operate a speedy repair and return service.
Important Note:- For any under warranty repairs you will be required to supply the Service Agent with a copy of your sales receipt, as per our normal warranty terms and conditions. (Please note that the warranty does not cover you for deinstallation / installation of the product.)

These Companies operate a ‘BOUGHT OUT WARRANTY’, which means that they are solely responsible for the repair or replacement of the product, under their warranty terms and conditions. Therefore, you must contact them directly for further assistance.

Car Audio Speakers and Accessories are not repairable items and therefore, will need to be returned to your supplying dealer with a copy of your sales receipt. The dealer will then test, and if found to be faulty, replace the item under the normal warranty terms and conditions.
