Five Star Is Not Just A Quality Standard To The Team At Stoke Park Its A Healthy Obsession
Stoke Park Estate's recorded history datesover 1,000 years to before the 1086 Domesday Book with its ownership in a direct line of descent for 515 years from 1066 until 1581. But it wasn't until 1775 that the parkland began to take on its present form when John Penn, a soldier, scholar and poet whose family were the founders of Pennsylvania, inherited Stoke Park with its Manor house.
Penn commissioned James Wyatt, the architect to King George III, to design the Palladian Mansion and monuments in the grounds which were completed in 1795. It is reputed that the project was largely funded by the £130,000 the new United States Covernment paid for his family's 26 million acre (110,000 km2) plot in Pennsylyania in 1775.

Kenwood UK launches a new website for its NEXEDGE Digital Two-Way Radio
Kenwood's Communications Division has launched a new website www.nexedgebusiness.co.uk exclusively covering its NEXEDGE digital two-way hand portable walkie talkie radios, mobile in-vehicle units and repeaters.
Commenting on the initiative, Mike Atkins, Managing Director of Kenwood European Headquarters (Communications) said "Despite spending constraints hitting the public sector and enterprises across Europe, the migration to digital two-way radio, along with the recognition that integrated radio systems can deliver increased safety, security and operational efficiency, is keeping the market buoyant and was the key driver in creating a website dedicated to our NEXEDGE digital systems”.
"We recognise that two-way radio is a tool employed in client's business and not necessarily their preoccupation. We wanted to ensure that it was more easily accessible and to guide potential clients to understanding the benefits of digital two-way radio and NEXEDGE in particular through market sector insights, relevant product information and case histories of the system in use”.
