Easy to use intuitive button layout
The KMR-700U is a 1.5 DIN head-unit incorporating the latest Kenwood audio functions such as Dual Search function, Favorite Memory, and much more. Also, the LCD display on the front panel can show up to 4 lines of text information with automatic negative and positive display switching or it can be switched to an easier to read two lines or large text.


Store your iPod away in a compartment
The KMR-700U is unique as it features two USB ports for connecting an iPod and USB audio device to the head-unit, allowing full control and continuous enjoyment of your favourite songs. What's more you never have to worry about your precious devices getting wet anymore as the KMR-700U has a compartment behind the front panel where valuable music sources can be stored.

KCA-RC107MR - Wired remote Control with IPX7 Protection

Convenient wired remote controller
Having a handy remote controller or two on board is always welcome. The IPX7 complaint KCA-RC107MR is a dedicated wired remote controller for the KMR-700U that features an LCD display for control of the head-unit and external devices connected to the head-unit. What's more, up to three other wired remote controllers can be connected to the KMR-700U via our optional extension cables either CA-EX3MR (3 meters) or CA-EX7MR (7 meters) for easy multi-zone control of different music sources.


Protection from both water and the elements
Kenwood's KMR-700U marine audio entertainment model confirms to the IPX5 standard for resisting streams of water*, while the KCA-RC107MR wired remote controller for the head-unit confirms to the IPX7 standard, which protects the controller against immersion in water up to 3 feet (1meter). What's more, the PCBs have a conformal coating for protection against moisture, dust, chemicals and extreme temperatures. *Only when the front panel is closed.
