It efficiently interfaces a telephone line (or analogue PBX line) to a simplex base station, control station, or conventional repeater. It can also be used as a repeater maker to convert a pair of mobile radios, or a full-duplex base station, into a carrier-operated repeater. The Model 30 is available both as a single-group interconnect as well as a selective-calling interconnect. The selective calling version provides 100-call and 1000-call two-tone and DTMF paging.

M35E Microconnect BASELINE PRODUCT
The Model 35E Microconnect is a multi-featured, microprocessor-based telephone interconnect designed for use with simplex, half-duplex and full duplex radio networks. It gives mobile radio users an exceptionally reliable and flexible method of placing and receiving phone calls. System operators will benefit from the Model 35E’s flexibility; its user-programmable features make it a “customized” phone patch that adapts to any system’s specific needs.
Programming is done quickly and easily from any DTMF telephone or mobile radio. The Microconnect is designed for system operators who want complete control over their telephone interconnect system. Call lengths, access codes, and toll inhibits can all be tailored so phone connections never violate system regulations. If desired, an operator can allow trusted users to override calling restrictions with “Privileged User” access codes.
Simplex operators will find that the Microconnect significantly upgrades their system’s operation. While other telephone interconnects are either VOX or sampling units, the Model 35E incorporates both methods for optimal simplex applications.

The M35E is the European, CE and RoHS complaint, version of the M35A
M735 Radio Teleconnect BASELINE PRODUCT
The Zetron Model 735 Radio Teleconnect is a high quality, processor-based, open channel or selective calling radio-telephone interconnect designed for easy connection to simplex or duplex base stations, control stations and repeaters.
It is designed to be installed with new or existing radio systems, interfacing either to a PABX or public subscriber telephone line, allowing radio-to-telephone and telephone-to-radio calls.
Telephone interconnects offer the most economical and reliable method of allowing a group of 2-way mobile radio users to place and receive telephone calls through the public telephone network or a private branch exchange (PBX). In business applications, office based personnel can speak directly to radio users such as security guards, warehouse staff and delivery drivers. Similarly, radio users can call their office, the emergency services or their customers. Calling privileges, conversation timers and system access are all under the control of the system operator, so capabilities can be tailored to individual requirements.
The Model 735 allows telephone calls to be routed to an individual mobile or a group of mobiles. The telephone caller selects the mobile to speak with.
